Combine flour with salt, rosemary, oregano, thyme, paprika, and pepper. Dust chicken with seasoned flour and brown in olive oil and butter. Place in baking dish and add tomatoes, wine, chicken broth, garlic powder, fresh basil, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and brown.
