Start by mixing all the ingredients together, except the Parmesan cheese, and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Cover it up and bake it at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir once or twice toward end of cooking time to mix ingredients.
You can vary the amounts of ingredients slightly if you desire. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving the meal.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 lb. cubed velveeta
salt & pepper to add taste
Gratef parmesan cheese
1 or 2 cups cooked chicken cut in chunks
1 (6 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti (cooked until done)
1 can cream of undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 cup diced onion
